SATA filter series 200
The SATA filter series provide particle-free, clean compressed air for professional coating. The SATA filter series for spray guns are available as one-stage sintered filters with a water and oil separator, as a two-stage combination filter with a sintered and fine filter, or as a three-stage filter unit with an additional sintered activated charcoal filter. With the SATA compressed air filters, coating flaws such as dust particle inclusions, condensate, silicone craters and thus possibly expensive rework can be avoided. The treated compressed air can be used for spraying and, when using a three-stage filter, it is also suitable for air-supplied respirator systems.

RPS – the Original
The SATA RPS cup system makes work easier for painters all over the world. The unique QCC (Quick Cup Connector) system ensures a perfect coupling between the SATA spray guns and cup systems. Due to the easy change of the cups and minimal cleaning effort, higher productivity can be achieved. In addition, thanks to the constant material flow, the SATA paint cups help to achieve perfect finishes.

It is essential to clean the spray gun after each application. This is where the SATA cleaning equipment comes in. Whether for intermediate cleaning after changing paint or at the end of the paint job – the cleaning of the spray guns is a “must” for every painter and increases the longevity of the products.
Drying equipment
Economical. Durable. Low maintenance.
With the SATA dry jet 2 dry blow gun, you can significantly shorten the flash-off and thus the cabin occupancy times. It uses the so-called Venturi principle. In addition to the supplied compressed air, a multiple of ambient air is sucked in. The uniform, wide air flow generated in the injector zone of the wide spray nozzle also contributes to a reduction in flash-off time. Thus, the SATA dry jet 2 achieves an approx. 15 % higher drying performance compared to commercially available models.
